Chris Weitzel sells a lot of houses around Sudden Valley, so I'd known who he was for years before I decided to sell my house but had never actually met him. One day, I happened to be in the market parking lot trying to open an oil can to put oil in my old Jag. Chris was walking by with another gentleman and immediately stopped and whipped out a ballpoint pen to help me open the oil can. A few days later, I called him up to be my broker and didn't even bother talking to anyone else. He sold my house in record time, managed the whole deal with a lot of expertise, and I am one happy camper. Thanks, Chris--both for the home sale and the oil can!
