I must say that I was a little doubtful in the beginning because of other agents I had worked with. When I first met Chris Windham my daughter and I liked him from the start. He was responsive, professional, and prompt. Even when we contacted him for weekend showing. I never felt pressured to look at property. If I am ever in the market to buy another property I will be calling Chris.

Chris is very professional and responsive too. He will respond to calls, texts, and emails at all times. He goes above and beyond to support your needs and make sure you are comfortable. We relocated from outside the country, and hardly knew anywhere in town. He was very supportive and still responds months after the deal was sealed and signed. He is an amazing person.

Chris helped us find the perfect home. He suggested we get a sewer inspection on the property we were buying because of the age of the home. We were so grateful for the suggestion because the inspection showed that a new sewer line was needed which would have cost $10,000 but was paid for by the sellers. He helped make sure the purchasing process happened quickly and seamlessly even during the height of Covd-19 shutdowns in Spokane.
