I highly recommend Christina. I have bought 2 homes and sold 1 with her. Thanks to her extensive knowledge in the real estate market and wonderful help I got a home in a crazy real estate market with minimal challenges and managed to get helpful seller credits. As a seller’s agent, she knew how to stage a home beautifully and price it well to sell quickly. As a buyer’s agent, she took her time to research properties and find ones that suited my needs, and always made herself available for house hunting in a timely manner. Both buying and selling a property can be stressful, but the whole process was much easier with Christina because she was very responsive and supportive. Most of all, she is the most pleasant professional I have ever worked with. I am confident both potential buyers and sellers will love her wonderful personality and benefit from her work ethic and expertise in real estate.

I have worked with Christina several times in the past few years.
First, when I was a first time home buyer in an unforgiving market with low inventory, she made the experience feel like a walk in the park, thanks to her constant availability and her great skills at making just the right offer. We saw the condo the same evening it hit the market and she submitted the offer just before midnight. That was only about 6 weeks after I first dialed her number to state my long list of expectations.

Some time after that, my family and work situations changed. Long story short: we would need a bigger place as we would both be working from home most of the time. Again, I called Chris to the rescue, with yet another litany of preferences. Here, she used a completely different strategy. We had to prioritize our needs. After spending a few months watching the market trends and getting ready, we hit the ground running and within a month of viewings, the first offer we made on a house was accepted. We feel like we got everything we needed, and even more, though prioritizing felt like we wouldn't.

She also took care of placing the condo on the market for rent and within a few weeks, rented it was!

Christina has a perfect knowledge of the real estate market, especially in the DMV. She is extremely organized and responsive. She is patient and has her client's best interest at heart. She would never let you buy the house that is not right for you, even if it means showing you places for months. She never rushes through a home viewing and always has great suggestions on how to make a place work for you. She will also tell you point blank what is wrong with a place. She adds an emotional touch by being able to tell if you will be happy in a new area or no.

In short, Chris is a gem for all type of real estate needs with a customized experience. I strongly recommend her services.

I was first referred to Chris Woods over 7 years ago after she helped a friend of mine buy and rent a place in Arlington. I had worked with other realtors, so when I first worked with Chris I wasn't expecting much. She blew me away with how quick she was to respond. She was very friendly, and extremely patient with me as a first time home buyer. She had all the answers I needed, and made the experience so easy and exciting. She stayed in touch through the years and even when I bumped into her in town she was always friendly and so lovely to talk to. When I got the order to move with the military she was the LITERALLY the first person I called. I knew I wanted her and NO ONE else to sell my home. She immediately went into action getting my place ready to go on the market. She walked me through everything and made stressful situations easy and problem free. I had such a positive experience working with her that three of my friends also switched from their realtors to working with her. They were not getting that attention detail from their realtors and loved that Chris took her time making sure my home sold fast and I got what I wanted!
