The Real Estate Environment presented some interesting challenges in recent months. Working together with Chrissi Jasso we were able to custom tailor a plan to sell our Auburndale home. Despite the impacts of the pandemic and the issues with lenders and other factors, this Re-Max Associate got the job done. We did have some unforeseen problems that

We first used Chrissi in 2012 when we searched for a home in Polk County. She was fantastic then so it was only natural that we would ask her to help us sell the house in 2020 when we moved out of Polk County. When my wife and I decided to sell our farm we interviewed multiple realtors and chose Ms. Jasso. We discovered Chrissi by a mailer we received about another property that was being sold by Chrissi in the vicinity. We had never received this type of aggressive advertising on a property and that caused us to contact Chrissi for our property sale.

We also chose to list with Chrissi because of her professional demeanor, her knowledge of the real estate selling process, her organized presentation to us at our first meeting and the advanced selling tools that Re/Max offered for selling property. These included photographing of our property, aerial photos of the property boundaries, and a video showing the inside of our residence. At our first meeting, Chrissi provided us with a complete written package explaining the full process of selling our property.

Ms. Jasso appraised our property and had the property listed in a very timely manner. It was listed everywhere that is should be listed to expedite the sale and we received offers in a very timely manner. We finally negotiated and accepted one of those offers and began the process of closing on our sale.

All went well on the closing until the lender for the buyer decided to require at the last minute that we make a change to the title on our property that was totally unacceptable. This last minute change after four weeks of inspections was unprofessional and not a normal requirement of a lending institution. We refused this last minute demand and were ready to abort this closing. Chrissi stepped in and salvaged the sale by finding a new lender that would accept all of the inspections that were completed and two weeks later we closed at our original agreed price. Thank you Chrissi.

Our experience with Chrissi was a great one. I originally contacted her with approximately 100 days to find, offer, and close on a home. We had a set budget and a pretty healthy list of demands. The first thing that caught my attention was that she returned my phone message at 8:30 Pm on the day that I had contacted her. (Not the business hours I was expecting) From then on out she was responsive far above what could be reasonably expected. We went through some disappointments with competing offers and difficult owners, the smile never left her face, almost giving the impression of a push over, until it was time to buy. When the offer counter offer phase began it was a whole different girl. She fought, and succeeded in incorporating all the terms we were seeking as well as working closely with the financiers to make sure everything was in perfect order. As a contract oriented professional myself her efficiency and attention to detail was impressive to say the least.
