Christele Terranova-beam

Christele has been a sales associate selling residential real estate for over 20 years. She has been awarded the NJAR® Circle of Excellence® Award Gold Level (2021, 2020), Silver Level (2019, 2018, 2017, 2016, 2004) and Bronze Level (2014, 2013, 2012, 2008, 2005, 2003, 2002, 2001) ranking her in the top 10% of all agents in Monmouth and Ocean Counties every year. Prior to her real estate career, she owned her own business, worked in Manhattan for Merrill Lynch as a Real Estate Relocation Coordinator, and worked on the Mortgage-Backed Security Desk. She sold and closed all types of real estate transactions, including residential sales, new construction, land, and commercial properties. Christele enjoys all aspects of her job, especially interacting with people. She is proud of her knowledge, insight, and hard work, and finds it very rewarding how they come together to close a deal. Christele has been a Middletown resident for 36 years and raised four children here. She was on the PTA boards of Thorne Middle School and St. Ann’s School. She was director of the St. Ann’s CYO. She enjoys being a part of the community and feels that together we all add to its success.
