About Me:
My name is Christen Stratford. I was born and raised in Glendora, California and have lived within the Inland Empire since 2008 with my husband, our two beautiful children and our dogs. The areas I serve include the Inland Empire (San Bernardino and Riverside Counties), Los Angeles and Orange County. With that said, I can give insight into the lifestyle the community affords to investors, first-time buyers, and families. As a REALTOR® with Elevate Real Estate Agency, I have extensive resources and abilities to effectively assist those with real estate needs anywhere throughout the country. However, my greatest passion is helping and getting to work with California residents and people moving into the area and out of it when needed. I also specialize in relocation, so if you are relocating in or out of the state, I am a relocation specialist as well. In addition to my extensive list of resources, I also have a wonderful team to work with which includes escrow, a direct lender, title reps and various home inspectors. I specialize in working with buyers, sellers, and investors, so whatever your needs are, I am up for the task and ready to help you make the right move!!

I take immense pride in my work and have a strong work ethic that I learned from my family growing up! For every listing I take, I become an expert in that area/community. I can sell a home in any city because I do the research that it takes to know everything I need to know about the neighborhood comps, the specific home, school district, entertainment and much more! I go the extra mile to become a local expert, even if I do not live in that city.
In addition, I have more than 20 years of experience in Real Estate and Sales. While attending college, I worked at Nordstrom as a top producing, Pacesetter sales associate. After graduating with my bachelor’s degree, I worked for the Irvine Company managing a collection of retail coastal properties. I then decided to venture into commercial real estate working for CBRE. After I had my first child, I realized that I wanted to be more in control of my time, so I became a REALTOR and began my career in Residential Real Estate, which by far, has been the most fulfilling and rewarding for myself and my family. With that said, although I continue to learn more every day, I am an expert at what I do! I am compassionate, driven, honest and I treat my clients as if they were family. When working with people and their largest investments, it is so important to work with someone that will have your best interest at heart, someone who will not let you make a bad business or financial decision and someone who knows how to properly negotiate and close the deal for you!
