I was referred to Christi by Tom Thompson at Prime Lending. I did not have many expectation when I first started the house hunting process. As time went on Christi helped me know what to look for in a house and what to expect as we moved along in the process. She always suggested houses that she knew I would like. She was very helpful and reassuring the whole time. I always felt like I could contact her with any questions, and have contacted her since closing on my house. I referred my friend who is looking into buying a house to Christi. I told my friend that Christi is a great realtor and always had great ideas for the houses we looked at and was very patient, understanding, and reassuring. If/when I sell or buy a house again, I hope Christi is still a realtor because I would love to work with her again!

A friend of mine had purchased a home from Christi and recommended her when I was going to sell my townhouse. I contacted Christi and after that first meeting I knew she was the right person to handle the sale of my property. She has good ideas for presenting the home, provides weekly updates regarding interest shown in the listing, and has a good grasp of the market. She is always accessable and has a positive upbeat personality. As I had already moved out of town, Christi was was helpful and resourceful in recommending someone to do what needed to be done and she picked out things that needed to be changed/upgraded in my stead and always did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend her to anyone interested in buying or selling a home. She is a very special person.

Christi Cook is truly a unique realtor as well as a great person! I was referred to her by a realtor friend in my home city and never met her until the closing. My long distance home needed a lot of TLC and Christi not only directed the renovation, but personally did some of the shopping for replacement items. Her communication was superb; I felt like I was really there seeing the transformation as it was happening. The end result was a beautiful home that got top dollar in a miserable market. Christi not only went above and beyond ‘the call of duty’, she is the BEST REALTOR out there!!!

When I was selling my house, I met with a couple of real estate agents before finding Christi. When Christi came into my house for our initial meet and walk through I was immediately impressed. She was attentive to my questions and thoughts, and walked through my house with utmost attention to detail. Christi had great suggestions on how to make my house more visually appealing and had numerous resources for making the selling process easier for me. Christi did an incredible job of getting my listing out for people to see, and the photos she took and information that accompanied the photos was expertly put together. I had to move out of state while my house was on the market, and Christi took it upon herself to check in to make sure everything was okay- and even made sure I got mail that was still being delivered to the house. Christi took care of tying up more than a couple of loose ends I inadvertently forgot to take care of before leaving town. She was absolutely on top of everything, and made the entire process a breeze. And, my house sold in less than a month! I highly recommend Christi Cook.
