She made the process of buying so much easier for us, and explained every document to us along with their purpose before we signed them. She explained, and answered every question during our viewings to help us better choose the house for us. She proved how much she cares for her clients, and her passion for the field.

Christi Madden is the best. Not only does she truly work and advocate on your behalf, but she is also super knowledgeable and goes out of her way to make you feel validated and supported.

My husband and I had the opportunity to work with Christi twice - once for the sale of our rental property and again for the purchase of land. Both times, Christi was punctual, guided us through the sale/purchase process, and was truly excited to help us. On top of an incredible work ethic, you can tell that real estate is Christi’s passion. She goes above and beyond any realtor I’ve met, and she’s very genuine.

I would recommend Christi and her team to everyone. I cannot thank her enough for all that she did for our family!

There's hundreds of realtors to choose from ...I didn't know Christie at all. Only saw what others spoke of her... and let me say I'm so glad we picked her to sell our house for us!! Christi was really amazing helping show us any house we wanted to see. Even when we ask to see one without any notice. She even helped us submit an offer while being on vacation which we were thankful for. Made sure the house is in perfect condition when moving in with fighting with sellers on repairs!! Would very much recommend her to any of my friend's!! 100/10 would recommend!!

I don't know where to begin when leaving a review about Christi Madden. Every single aspect of the selling process was phenomenal. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. She answers texts and emails quickly and she is extremely thorough. The house she sold for me was on the market 3 days. She markets the homes well and is willing to meet you at the property when ever is convenient for you. I will continue to ask Christi Madden to sell future houses and properties for me. She's the best.
