We were lucky to find Christian last December to help us find our first home and close a few weeks ago! Working with Christian was an amazing experience. Unlike other agents, Christian understands all angles of real estate investing and can provide insights and guidance that most agents can't.

Christian's network of remodeling professionals was tremendously helpful, as he was able to recommend trusted workers I could hire for a great price to carry out some of the repairs and customizations for the property I purchased.

Christian sold our house and assisted with buying our new home. He sold our house in record time, well above asking, all during peak COVID. His market knowledge was invaluable when it came to pricing our house so we had immediate interest from LOTS of people.

While buying, we ran into an unexpected situation, but Christian kept our spirits high and found us a new house in our desired area. During escrow, Christian and his team communicate daily so you don’t miss paperwork or contingency deadlines.

He is available what feels like 24/7 and always responds to texts/calls.

My experience with Christian was very positive. Christian helped facilitate my parents move from a custom home in the central valley to their owned rental in So Cal. Christian advised and facilitated all of the appropriate steps for a smooth and easy transition. He also found comps in the central valley and consulted with my parents on how best to choose a realtor, questions to ask, suggestions on what to do to the house to get it "sell ready".
