Hands down, Christian is fantastic! The moment he started working with me and significant other, he didn’t stop until he found us a place that we now call home. He was assiduous in finding us a place that met our needs. Christian is super responsive and readily available to help at all times. Looking for an apartment this time around was hard due to the pandemic, my partner and I were not in the ideal position for renters to lease to us. But Christian dealt with the challenges that presented themselves and worked his magic. He got us into an apartment we truly love. Without a doubt, I would work with him again.

We are very thankful to have worked with Christian on the recent purchase of our first home. Our sale was a bit complicated - the home was in a trust, a bunch of issues came up in the inspection (chimney, possible asbestos, wood rot) that we needed vendors to check out and needed to negotiate with the sellers on. Christian was extremely responsive and professional throughout the entire process. He communicated with the sellers, had contractor and legal contacts for us, and even met one of our contractors at the house when we couldn't make it to help move the process along. He spoke with our mortgage people and coordinated all paperwork needed. When it looked like the sale wouldn't go through, he happily showed us other homes.

I highly recommend Christian - he is a true professional and a wonderful human being.
