My husband and I arrived from Virginia late in the day and that evening he met with us to take us around several locations we were interested in. Even though it was dark and past dinner time, he had no problem taking his time and showing us around. For the next few days Christian took us to just about every possible place in which we might be interested and that was within our budget and styles of homes we were interested in. While touring with Christian, at no time did he rush us or make suggestions of what he thought was the best option for us. He allowed us to discuss things together and answering our questions. If he was unable to answer our questions, he went out of his way to find the answer for us. On about the third or fourth day of touring homes with Christian, we settled on building a home in Sarasota National which is in Venice, Florida. He worked with the builder to help us decide what we wanted in our home, took us several times to the site which we had chosen, and also helped us with deciding what we actually wanted to put into the home. I cannot say enough good things about Christian. He is a man with great integrity who is very honest and cares deeply about his clients' happiness. 12/20/2013 - A.REIFF Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $250K in Venice, FL. Here's how it is .We could not have bought our beautiful house without Christian. First off; he learned of it's availability early on and after looking at a bunch of other houses he suggested we see this one. We had talked about what we were looking for in a house. He knew this was the right one. We looked it over and totally loved it. Long story short; We bought it but we live in North Carolina so we had to depend on Christian for all kinds of things to secure this deal. He did everything that had to be done to make sure this was going to work. Phone calls emails, dealing with ornry sellers,storing our bikes, spending some of his own money on a repair and being at the walkthrough & the closing for us. 08/30/2014 - BarbZeek Henry Bought a Miscellaneous home in 2014 for approximately $125K in Sarasota, FL. Christian worked with me and my parents for almost a year trying to find the perfect property in Florida. We looked in several areas and he did many showings with us as well as frequent emails to keep us posted on listings, answer our questions and discuss pros and cons for each choice. Finally I saw the perfect property online that fit all our criteria. I called Christian who made the offer (you have to act fast when you find the right one)! The seller came back with a compromise but since we hadn't seen the property in person we stuck to the original offer until we could see the place. Then the seller accepted to original offer. 09/14/2015 - jec9294 Bought a Condo home in 2015 for approximately $150K in Venice, FL. I submitted an inquiry about a property asking to be contacted by an agent and Christian contacted me. The property was a foreclosure and I had absolutely no idea as to how to proceed through the purchase process as there were a number of government agencies involved. I still don't know how it all works because Christian handled everything. 29 days after I made my inquiry, the sale was completed!! I did almost nothing. Only after we closed did I realize the enormous amount of work Christian did. He kept me posted every step of the way, dealt with the bureaucracy and red tape, and successfully negotiated the sale.
