Christian and his team were and are great! My wife and I were first time homebuyers and were naturally filled with anxiety.

He not only made sure that the process went smooth while keeping us updated; but that we were well taken care of and our priorities came first rather than “just settling” during a major decision in our lives.

Moving from Alaska was a huge obstacle, and even with a four hour time difference he was more than accommodating for us. He truly exceeded our expectations through his incredible timeliness, thorough review of where would be best for our family and his personable approach from start to finish that made us feel at ease.

The man is a professional, through and through, and I greatly enjoyed working with him. I know without a shadow of doubt, when we move he will be the first person I call.

We have purchased several homes over our lifetime and this was our best experience. Christian went above and beyond to ensure that everything was in our favor. He and Ashlee did an excellent job everytime we toured the home. Like an inspector, they looked through every nook and cranny to find any faults, and ensure us that if there were, the repairs would be completed before we closed. The confidence they gave us made us know that we were purchasing the right property using the best team. We are so happy to have him as our realtor, that we will only use him in our future purchases. We are recommending him and his team to everyone. If you really want a true professional, who will do right by you and your family, then He should be your first and only choice.

Christian and his team were awesome. The last time I purchased a home was in 2010. Christian kept me in the loop with everything and I never felt more comfortable when it came time to picking the right home. He never rushed me to purchase a home. He would always tell me, “when it’s your time then it will happen”, and that actually happened with the home I purchased. Initially, it was under contract then a couple weeks later I saw it was back on the market via the available homes emails I get daily. I called Christian about it and within 30 minutes or so, we were already making headway on getting that home under contract. Overall, he was great, his team was great and my overall experience was great. Highly recommend Christian whether you are looking to buy or sale your home. He is the person that will get it done!

Christian was a great help in finding the home my family was most happy with. We came to him in a bit of a time crunch for us to find a new place to live, but he was able to find exactly what we wanted in a home. I can admit that we were quite picky but he was patient, present, and proactive throughout the searching process. The thing is: Christian is so much more than a Realtor and a VETERAN. He knows real estate, but he also knows about houses. When looking at a listing, Christian would check the windows, HVAC, and other utilities to determine their quality. (He would also generally get to the house early so that he could walk through before we got there.) He has a sense for what constitutes a good layout, whether the drainage in the backyard will be a problem, or whether that wall you might want to tear down is load bearing. He uses that knowledge to help you buy the right house and list your house at its best. He is absolutely a PEOPLE PERSON!

Christian is also incredibly nice, funny, friendly, and easy-going. When we were looking for our current house, going to listings with Christian was a blast. While Christian always took our lead and let us come to our own conclusions on a place, we knew what Christian's unvarnished opinion was worth. We know we asked him some nit-picky or overly worried questions, but Christian always treated the questions as if they were reasonable, and he always had an answer.

So please work with Christian. We cannot recommend him enough. We would recommend him to ANYONE looking to sell or buy their home!

I had the privilege of working with Christian Price as I purchased my first townhouse. I first met Christian years ago when I was looking into a rental property. Christian was honest and upfront with me about something that many others would have ignored. As a result, I have never forgotten his integrity and knew I’d want to work with him in the future.

He continues to live up and surpass what I remembered of him. I unexpectedly found a place I was interested in purchasing and contacted Christian not knowing if he would even be available. A few hours after I contacted him, we had an offer accepted. Slightly over a month later, I have now closed on the townhouse.

I know there are many other clients worth larger commissions, but Christian always made me feel that I was important.
