We gave her an "impossible," want list and she delivered on every point. Even after the closing she continued to check back with us. We were in need of selling our house and moving to another one to accommodate my 2 growing boys. Christian was with us every step of the way! She took the time to explain what needed to be done and a timeline to follow. Throughout the process, I could always contact her for any questions that we had. She was able to sell our house not once, but 3 times! The first buyer backed out and the second buyer cancelled due to financial reasons. She even managed to find us our perfect home while setting up showings and an open house for the house that we were trying to sell. We were never in the dark throughout the whole process. Thanks to her hard work and determination, we are now unpacking into our forever home. Thank you Christian Swann!
