Christie Dille

Christie is a native of Northern CA and has spent most of her adult life on the go. Even before she graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder after studying Business & Geography, she loved to travel the world. To date, she has traveled to 39 countries and lived in Oregon, Idaho, Colorado, Nevada, Hawaii, Tennessee & Mexico.

After college, Christie got her first job as an environmental planner for a civil engineering firm in Tahoe City, CA. There she learned about land planning and permitting in the Lake Tahoe basin, working with every regulatory agency known to man, or so it seemed. When development began on a new subdivision in Truckee, CA called Donner Crest, an 82 custom home site community adjacent to Tahoe Donner, she took on the project management role. There she brought the project from an idea on paper to a real community. In addition to being the project manager, Christie served as the President of the Donner Crest Homeowners Association and head of the architectural review committee. After years of working on this project, she earned her California real estate license.

Over the years Christie worked as a travel guide throughout Mexico and the southwestern United States. Aside from traveling, she enjoys a multitude of sports that lead her into the wilderness. Her latest commitment to herself is to be the best tennis player she can be. You’ll find her on the tennis courts wherever she goes.

At Vacasa, as the top producing salesperson year after year, Christie soon found herself in the role of business development manager. When Vacasa expanded to Hawaii, where she previously worked as a CrossFit coach on Maui, she wanted a piece of the action. Vacasa rewarded her again with the position of Principal Broker of Vacasa in Hawaii. Christie has spent the last 5+ years growing our sales teams in Hawaii while also helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals.

She now holds brokers licenses in Hawaii, California, and Nevada. She continues to help her clients in Hawaii while she works to expand Vacasa's real estate program on both the California and Nevada sides of Lake Tahoe and the surrounding areas. Christie's passion to help investment buyers find, purchase, and succeed in our management program has proven to be rewarding, to say the least.
