I usually do not make recommendations for anything but Christin has been great to work with from beginning to end. Adding great ideas and suggestions to make our house more valuable and willing to work with us on every detail of selling and purchasing our new build home. She even helped us resolve a tax issue after the sale was complete that she had no obligation to do. Always happy to hear from us and always made time for us through the whole process and beyond. I highly recommend Christin for selling or purchasing your home.

Christin was fantastic in helping me both buy and sell a home. When I was buying, she did a great job getting me listings that I was interested in and then getting me in to see the homes quickly. This was my first time selling a home and Christin was very helpful giving me tips and recommendations for making sure the house would show well which resulted in a lot of interest very quickly. All of the background paperwork was seamless and she made the process very painless and was very responsive whenever I had questions about anything. If I need to move again I will use Christin without a doubt.

Christin did a fantastic job selling our home and finding our new home. It took us several months and 40+ homes, but she helped us find our forever (until the kids are out of college) home. :)
The purchase of the home was terribly difficult (sellers side) and Christin kept on the sellers agent moving things forward. I am 100% convinced we would not be in our home if she had not pushed the other side to get their stuff done: get repairs done, get the closing date agreed upon by the two sellers, etc. Sadly, but as an example of her dedication to get us in the house, she was at the sellers home packing his stuff along side the seller, to get them out by the agreed upon occupancy date!
We absolutely love Christin and highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling - our home sold in 7 days at nearly our asking price.

Feedback from Zillow 11/16/2017 - marcwcompton Sold a home in 2017 in Casco Township, South Haven Township, MI 49090. Christin checks all the boxes of an outstanding realtor. She was such an outstanding buyers agent, I contacted her 8 years later to act as my sellers agent. After placing a call Christim treated the property as her own asset to maximize. She urgently helped get the place clean, painted and staged to earn top dollar. When the appraisal did not meet the offer price Christen delivered to ensure the gap was properly bridged. Furthermore Christin's sincerity makes the selling process stressless and seem like your old friend is at your side providing sound counsel. You never have to call her twice to get something done. She's a dependable professional that gets the job done.
