It has taken me a few days to write this because I am having a little trouble finding words to express my appreciation for Christina. My boyfriend and I were lucky enough to find our dream house with Christina. We were pre approved and things seemed to be going fine. Our financing turned into a bit of a nightmare (FHA renovation mortgage) and the amount of time and energy Christina spent handling, organizing, communicating, and soothing is more than I would ever expect from a realtor. She did WAY more than she needed to, and we are honestly so appreciative. I would recommend Christina to ANYONE in need of a realtor with ZERO hesitation. We are grateful to her beyond reason.

Christina helped me both to manage my rental property and to sell it at the same time. It was a tricky situation keeping the tenants on our side and yet getting good offers on the property. Christina was adept at handling both roles at once, and she was very attentive to my concerns and questions. I started in a difficult situation, and she turned it into a successful outcome!

As a first time home buyer, Christina was the best realtor we could’ve chosen. She was very active, dynamic, proactive, communicative and overall excellent. She would reach out to us daily to make sure we have all the information we needed for any new houses on the market. Even thought my criteria for what I was looking for on the house would shift very often, Christina would always make sure we were happy with the houses we were looking at. She never hesitated with any requests we had. And after looking at maybe 10 houses, we found this wonderful multi-family house in a nice quiet Middletown neighborhood all thanks for Christina. Overall, great experience and will definitely work with Christina when buying a house in the future.
