Excellent͏ point person for new construction
Christina helped us build a new home. She worked with us from start to finish. It was our first time building so we had a lot to learn along the way, but Christina was always there to help us. Whenever we needed something, she was available, seemingly 24/7, to jump on the issue and work towards a solution. When we began the process last December, we were told it would take about a year. Our new house was ready in 10 months and we ended up closing a week before our rate lock expired, a big part of which I'm sure is from Christina pushing the process along to make sure we made our deadlines!

Christina was very professional. She responds to any of our questions quickly with information. She made sure all concerns during construction were resolved immediately by talking with appropriate people. She has setup various appointments with us to show few model houses and our house during various phases of construction. Christina also helped us with some requests in the house before our closing. It was a wonderful experience working with Christina.
