Christina Cachie

A long-time area resident, Christina has a comprehensive knowledge of the Greater DC real estate market. Prior to joining Go Brent, she served as a marketing consultant for nearly 20 years helping corporations, private companies, and individuals define and refine their brands. Christina's professional work in home renovations and marketing led her to pursue work as a full-time real estate agent representing both buyers and sellers. Her project management background offers a unique benefit to her clients, as she’s able to work seamlessly with both sellers who may need additional help getting their home “polished” for sale, and buyers who are considering purchasing a home that may need a little TLC. Christina is also a savvy investor, who purchased her first investment home in the Petworth neighborhood of DC in 2001, which she currently manages as a rental property. A graduate of Spelman College, Christina puts her decades of marketing experience to work for her clients in the form of creative campaigns and effective communication. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering with Silver Spring Cares and serving as an assistant coach for her daughter’s track & field team in Washington, DC.
