The Greg and Tina Team was created when Greg Cloutier and Christina Connell became partners in their real estate businesses. Greg Cloutier a broker since the 1990's and Christina an associate broker since 2010 teamed up in order to serve their clients better. Oh, and they happen to be a Father - Daughter combination. Greg has been in Real Estate for over 25 years. Since 2006 he has been working as a Real Estate Broker/Manager New England Prime Properties. Greg is very experienced in dealing with buildings as his previous career dealt with the management of properties in southern Maine. He owned and operated Cloutier Property Management. A company that handled the day-to-day operations of Condominium Associations. He spent over 20 years in that career. That career allowed her to be with her family on a daily basis if necessary. She has had her real estate license for many years but when she joined Prudential Prime Properties in 2000 is when she began to sell full-time. Christina “Tina” Connell, a native of Maine, is a basic Northeast gal with a little bit of California flair! Although she graduated in 2006 from the University of Southern Maine with a Criminology degree, she found her passion for Real Estate instead. She became a real estate agent in 2009 after receiving her Real Estate License in Northern California where she lived for five years with her husband. Tina teamed up with her father in 2012 and the two have been top agents ever since. They have won numerous awards over the years including several from within the Berkshire Hathaway Brand including the Berkshire Hathaway Home Services in 2016 to 2021. Tina is relocation certified, allowing her to adapt and work with companies who are focused on moving employees to a new area and loves that step up it gives her over other realtors. As an avid lover of the outdoors, she enjoys showing what the beautiful state of Maine has to offer beyond employment! Many of her clients become lifelong friends, as she believes that building a relationship with her clients is extremely important. Most of the closing gifts that Tina gets her clients are made by local Maine artisans, solidifying that when they move to this great state, they are part of the family!
