She isn't one of those agents who promise you the moon and fails to deliver results. She got us so many offers on our house within days of our listing. Our house sold quickly and above asking price. My wife and I recently bought and sold a house using Christina Douglas as our realtor. The only reason I'm giving her five stars is because google won't allow me to give more. She was fantastic throughout the whole process, and made a very stressful situation run smoothly by handling every issue we encountered with a cool head and a can-do attitude. This is our third time using Christina, and if we ever move again, there will be a fourth!! Do you yourself a favor and go with a realtor who gets the job done the right way!!

I truly cannot share enough good things about Christina. From the start she was so attentive, organized, and very meticulous. Christina has such a wonderful team of people that she frequently utilizes for remodels, painting, cleaning, handy work, staging, moving, etc. Christina is ALWAYS on her A-game. I joke that I wish I hired Christina right when I purchased my home because she has an eye for finding ways to improve your home in a cost efficient manner. She is the Joanna Gaines of Birmingham. Christina and I came up with a budget for improvements and her team executed very quickly. The staging far exceeded my expectations and gave my home just the right amount of oomph to entice potential buyers. As we all know, marketing is one of the most important aspects of selling your home. Christina is an expert in this area. The improvements we made definitely made a difference because my home was pending within 2 days and went above asking price!

Christina Douglas deserves more gratitude than I am capable of articulating fully. She came highly recommended by a friend when we were moving back to Birmingham and looking for a rental. We had a long list of must haves and she was able to deliver by finding us a great home in Homewood. A few months passed and we were ready to buy. We met for lunch on Friday and a week later we made an offer on our new home. Christina was with us every step of the way and got us our dream home. Most realtors stop there but Christina was just getting started. She put together a dream team of painters, electricians and a cleaning crew to do all the cosmetic updates we wanted and even spent countless hours picking out paint for us. She could tell we were overwhelmed and inexperienced at designing our new home so she stepped in and has continued to help us decorate. We can’t thank her enough for getting our family the perfect house and helping us make it feel like a home. I also must mention she is a great human being and truly cares for others. Buying, updating and moving into a home could have been tough but not with her guiding us

Christina knows the real estate in and out. Super smooth experience with selling our house. She’ll arrange everything from staging to showing the house with minimal effort from the seller. She’ll also analyze the offers to make sure it’s clean and solid. If you want top money for your house, hire her.

Our family HIGHLY RECOMMENDS Christina Douglas! She is not your typical realtor- she goes above and beyond for all of her clients. She helped us purchase and sell a house so we have worked with her on both ends. She is also very generous in the prep work for selling houses. She brought in staging furniture, helped us store some of our belongings and made our house look amazing before we listed it. We live in a planned community where all of the houses are extremely similar. Our house that Christina staged sold for a lot more than our neighbors who have listed their houses in the past few months. I can tell you from experience that her method works! When I tell my friends about her, they can't believe how much she does and how helpful she is! It really is SHOCKING to find a realtor that is so helpful and involved.

Christina was amazing. She exceeded every expectation I had of a realtor. She worked tirelessly to make sure our home was ready to sale. I was in a very busy season of work and Christina took over and managed everything that needed to be done to get the most offers and best price on our home. She was amazing. She did so much more than putting a sign in the yard and listing our home. If you want to get the most out of your home, then USE CHRISTINA! I have referred her to multiple people and they have all been very pleased. I can’t recommend her enough. So thankful for her.

Christina has gone above and beyond for my wife and I. We were first time home buyers and she always took the time to answer all of our questions. Christina knows the market and what it takes to get you under contract in this crazy market. We only put a bid on one house and we got it thanks to help from Christina! Not only that but Christina is well connected with local contractors and is happy to provide suggestions for improvements which my wife and I really appreciated. We moved in last weekend and Christina even sent us a surprise bouquet of flowers a home warming gift. Christina goes more than above and beyond from start to finish. There actually isn't a "finish" because she will keep checking in with you to make sure you are 100% happy and settled in your new home. She will give you referrals for everyone: from the duct cleaner to the window treatment company to a handyman. She has you covered! Cannot say enough about how happy we are with Christina Douglas. At least once a day, we say "Christina is the best!" I highly recommend for 1st time homebuyers as well.
