Christina Francis

Christina brings her strong negotiation skills to the table in every purchase and sale for Gray Owl clients. Born and raised in Scituate, she now spends time on both the North and South shores of MA. She graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a degree in Psychology and she also holds a Real Estate Negotiation Expert certification from the National Association of REALTORS®. As a small business owner in Cambridge since 2003, she has a great track record of forming long-lasting and trusting relationships with clients and brokers alike. A keen sense of design, an eye for detail, and experience in renovating properties allow her to identify quality building materials and finishes. These skills make her an invaluable agent as she can help clients assess the strengths and weaknesses of a potential property.
