Christina Griffin

Christina has been an active real estate professional in the greater Tampa Bay area since 2001. Christina
started her career as a single agent and has evolved into a leader of one of the largest and fastest growing
real estate teams at Keller Williams in the Florida region, The Griffin Group. Christina has trained under
some of the most knowledgeable coaches and mentors in the real estate industry. She is a strong believer
is continuing education and sharing her knowledge by mentoring the agents on her team, as well as all
agents in the industry, through offering consistent training opportunities and sharing through speaking
events across the county. She has an unyielding interest for expansion and guiding others to define and
achieve their goals alongside her. Christina’s unparalleled passion and education is evident in her and her
team’s career success.
In Christina’s extensive years of experience, she has closed over 3,800 transactions since 2001. This
wisdom has equipped her with the ability to take immediate action on properties entrusted to her care,
protecting the client and assets best interest and expediting diverse marketing strategies. She has worked
in all aspects of the business, from distressed sales to new construction. She has represented buyers,
sellers, and investors, in both the residential and commercial market. Christina has a talent and eagerness
to work with institutional investors, corporations, and large banks. She is also passionate about working
with builders, investors and traditional buyers and sellers. Christina strives to adhere to the highest level
of professionalism and integrity with a commitment to the individual real estate needs of each client she
serves.
Through Christina’s participation in the Keller Williams BOLD coaching, Keller Williams one-on-one
coaching, and Tom Ferry coaching programs, she is always striving to learn and innovate. She uses the
resources from these vast networking group to implement strategies with her team; strategies that are
not being used by other real estate teams in her market. She seeks to implement new technology and
techniques, so her team can serve their clients with the most cutting-edge tools and on-trend marketing
strategies.
Christina and her team work closely with first time home buyers and future home buyers who need
guidance to rebuild their credit. She promotes home ownership through home buyer seminars,
community programs and charity involvement.
Christina has a sincere passion for her community. She shares this passion by participating in many events
throughout the year to support and give back to the Tampa Bay community. Due to her personal
connection with cancer, Christina has been an advocate and volunteer for cancer organizations assisting
them with fundraising efforts. However, it is feeding the homeless in her community that has truly

touched Christina’s heart. She has worked closely with The Metropolitan Ministries in Tampa for the past
ten years and continues to give her time and efforts to this charity whenever she can.
