Where do I even begin?! We met Christina just by randomly looking at a home with no intention of beginning the home selling/buying process. However when opportunity strikes you just have to jump on it! And that's exactly what we did and Christina made that possible and flawless. She worked with us even through the bumps, or in our case, hills to get our family into the house we needed. Cannot thank her and Luke at Guardian mortage enough. Ya'll are the bees knees.

You truly won’t find a better realtor than Christina! She is the most trustworthy, caring, hardworking and genuine realtor I’ve ever worked with! In the crazy market that’s happening this year, she worked hard to ensure we had a chance with every house we were interested in! She was amazing at scheduling showings right away, helping us with virtual tours, and walking us through the whole process of buying a house! Her skill and great knowledge of real estate helped us write out the best offers for our situation and budget! It’s because of her we were able to find the perfect home for our family! She started as our realtor and now I’m able to call her my friend! I will forever be grateful for her hard work for our family!

Christina was knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. She always addressed our concerns in a timely manner and went above and beyond in dealing with our many questions. Christina worked hard and fast to get us into the running for a house with another offer. She advised us well, and we ended up getting the house. She helped us through the entire process and answered questions quickly. Towards the end near closing and after closing, she acted as intermediary between us and the seller to resolve issues. We appreciated everything Christina did for us!
