We can’t say enough about how awesome Christina is. . She goes above and beyond for her clients! We found her in August of 2022 on a trip to the Northeast, we were armed with a long list of must haves, ( which got whittled down as the months went on, due to the market and lack of houses available). It was not easy with us sitting in Florida looking for houses in New Hampshire but she always made the time to go look at any houses we found online. She took the time to get to know us, and Her knowledge of the market and sense of humor helped us so much over the past 11 months. We just closed on our new house in NH at the end of June and she is still helping us as we are packing up in Florida. We would recommend using Christina 100 times over as your realtor!

Christina Marmonti is the crown jewel of real estate excellence! She was so supportive all the way through the entire process of selling my Mother's house in Massachusetts and buying her condo in New Hampshire. My Mother's sale had some complexities that arose and Christina's support never wavered. My twin sister, my Mom and I worked so closely with her that one day, as we were on an important phone call with her regarding the transaction, as we hung up, out of instinct, my Mother said "Love You". My Mother wasn't someone who would say those words, if she didn't mean them. To me that moment was a testament to how well supported Christina made us all feel. The moment we met Christina we knew she would be the person that would help my Mom sell her house. My Dad passed away a few years ago and it was time for my Mom to make a new start. From start to finish Christina was the utmost professional and on top of every last detail. After my Dad's passing the house had turned into a little bit of a fixer upper...Christina priced it as the PERFECT selling price and within hours we have 9 very competitive offers to consider. It wasn't just because it was a sellers market. The first moment we met her she showed up with not only comps of area houses but charts and geographic tables showing the peaks and flows of that area. It was obvious she had done a ton of homework before we even met her. She was absolutely wonderful to work with and made what could have been a sad process something very magical and uplifting for my Mom and for us. Unfortunately my Mom passed away during the sale of the house which could have been very problematic but once again Christina proved that she could rise to the occasion and got the job done. At a time of great loss, Christina created such wonderful memories for my sister and I to share with our Mom. I would HIGHLY recommend her for any of your real estate needs. Christina was awesome to work with. Looking for homes in southern NH, while living in MA could be a relatively frustrating experience with the way the market is right now. However, Christina went above and beyond to help us find a house. She wrote letters to different neighborhoods telling our story, constantly asked different agents she knew about coming soons, and kept her ear to the ground about anything else that could help us.

Christina also was essential in helping us close the house we found in Bedford, NH. We were not waiving contingencies and we had to sell our house first which only made her job more difficult. She persisted and really helped us close down our dream home!

It could have been a frustrating experience, but it was not thanks to Christina! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

During this challenging time, we chatted at length on the phone, arranged several in person house tours and always did so safely and purposefully.
