I live in California and had to sell my townhome in Illinois. Thanks to Christina for doing an amazing job in supporting me while I was many miles away without making me fly to Illinois specially during the pandemic. It meant a lot to me that she took initiative and put on many hats to get my home sold. She is very resourceful and very in tune with her profession. She offered me assistance of licensed professionals (without costing me much) to take care of few maintenance jobs which turned out great. She offered me her advice where I was lost and helped me sell my home at a fair yet profitable price. Just a little story here: I had to switch my first realtor and go with Christina because he was giving me quotes on things that were broken in the townhome while I very well knew that they were not because my tenant had just evacuated the place in descent shape. Well, guess what?! When I switched over to Christina, after her first visit she called me back and said all those things that were not working was because the electricity was turned off sooner than I knew 😁 thank you again Christina, I am sure you are going to continue have many more happy clients !

We have used Christina twice now in purchasing new homes and we have not been dissapointed. She is always willing to help, very responsive, kind, and she knows her stuff. We highly recommend Christina and her team.
