Christina was an amazing professional and ally in the hunt for our new home. We really felt that she had our best interests at heart and clearly wanted us to find the right fit. We worked with her during COVID & while I was heavily pregnant - she went out of her way to do FaceTime tours with us so we didn’t have to travel unless we really wanted to see the place in person. When our new house was left in a less than clean condition, she went absolutely beyond to get it cleaned and even got out the leaf blower herself so we would move in with our newborn twins to a clean & tidy house. Christina is laid back, knowledgeable about the areas she shows, and a pleasure to work with. We absolutely recommend her.

What can I say? Christina was a blessing. As a nascent home buyer, I knew naught of the process. All I had was some fuzzy intuition about what I did and did not want. And that's where she came into the picture with all the grace and know-how I could wish for. She knew, just as I did, that we'd found the property for me, and she made it her mission to get me those keys, despite the hurdles presented to us. Her knowledge of the process, from inspections to mortgage guidance, was impeccable. Without her, I know I wouldn't have made it to closing. But here I am, keys in hand, full of gratitude.

She was also very effective representing us in the sale of our home. From our first meeting with Christin Naula, Realtor with Berkshire Hathaway Homeservices Hudson Valley Services, we knew she would take good care of us. We were living outside the country and Christina’s excellent service, frequent communication, professionalism and dependability made selling our home in Middletown, New York much easier than we ever imagined. We had a couple of issues that came to light during the sale of our property. Christina did not hesitate to make suggestions to rectify the situations and volunteered to be present at our home to assure us that all was resolved accordingly.
