Christina Neubauer

Christina Neubauer is a Louisville native passionate about investing in and enriching her city’s communities. Real estate is in her blood, and her love of real estate started at a very young age. She grew up swinging a hammer, evaluating deals, and trained to see “the potential .”Her father showed her the way by investing and flipping houses when Christina was just a young girl. She comes from a long line of entrepreneurs and savvy investors. She graduated from Assumption High School in 2004 and attended the University of Kentucky from 2004-2008, where she majored in psychology and minored in interior design. She has been an active full-time real estate agent since 2008 and currently sells around $4 million dollars a year in residential properties. Christina works diligently to help every client buy and sell properties, commercial or residential, no matter the price. So whether you’re buying for the first house, moving to your dream home, or expanding your portfolio, Christina has you covered! Her level of focus and concern for meeting client needs is matched only by her knowledge and skill. A savvy business investor, when Christina is not helping clients buy and sell properties, she is purchasing, flipping, and managing them herself. She and her husband Luke (her high school sweetheart) own 20 rental properties and are actively involved in flipping six homes, all while raising their two young children (ages 2 and 5). Currently living in the Clifton neighborhood, she loves the charm of older properties and restoring them back to their former glory. She is a supporter of cyclists, specifically the Appriss Bike team, and enjoys traveling & camping with her family and living an active lifestyle.
