Buyers can expect me to listen closely to your needs and get a good understanding of your wants. I will also send you appropriate listings, as they come on the market, and set showing appointments. I will not waste your time with properties that are not what you're looking for. I will take the time to get to know you and your needs.
New Buyers can expect all of the above plus a one hour New Buyer Seminar. We can meet at my office and go over the home buying process from start to finish. I will answer all of your questions and familiarize you with the home buying process and what you can expect as we work together to find your dream home!
I am the mother of two grown sons and when I'm not selling real estate I like to hike and bike our local parks and roadways. I volunteer at the Mansfield Area YMCA, Ashland High School Boys Soccer Parents Association and enjoy spending time with friends and family. I also enjoy home decorating and remodeling and actually own a professional paint color deck because I love finding just the right color for a living space!
I have a Bachelors Degree from The Ohio State University and a Real Estate Certification from Hondros College of Business. I have been in sales for 30 years and negotiated tough deals in the boardroom and complicated real estate contracts.
