“Love where you live” is Chris’ theme and she does! Catching the morning sunrise with her camera as the sun pops up from the horizon is a favorite activity. Waking up to the sights and sounds of lobster boats heading out to sea or watching extraordinary wildlife in the surrounding area never grows old. Paddleboarding on calm water in Saco Bay early morning is a delight. Being near the water, on the water, or in the water has been a lifetime passion. As a child growing up in Northborough, Massachusetts her family vacationed summers in Maine, it was natural to be drawn here.

Her first career was in corporate sales within the high-tech community from coast to coast. Airplanes, airports, and hotels became tiresome. The challenge of sales and negotiating contracts was in her blood but the cottage by the sea in Maine was calling. Moving here full-time in 2001, she put the long-held real estate broker's license to work. It was always a natural fit and an easy transition.

She loves what does and tries to give each client 100%, whether buying or selling. All client’s homes are treated with the greatest respect, realizing that real estate is often your greatest single investment. Every client is valued, and all homes are treated as though they are castles. Honesty, integrity, and high ethical standards are most important. From the listing to the closing, Chris tries to solve problems and keep everything moving to accomplish the end goal.

Chris holds a BA from Worcester State College and has taken MBA courses at Assumption College as well as studying photography and ceramics at The Worcester Craft Center. Memberships include the Portland Art Museum, the Biddeford Pool Yacht Club, the Biddeford Pool Community Club, the Kennebunk Land Trust, and others.

Living in Biddeford Pool with an office in Kennebunk lower village provides the best of both worlds, Chris sells property from Kennebunk to Biddeford Pool and beyond, with sales as far north as Harpswell. She will go the extra mile.
