Christina Tolen

Christina Tolen, is a Real Estate Salesperson licensed in both New York and New Jersey, specializing in Rockland, Westchester, Orange, and Northern New Jersey. Her knowledge and love of the community that she calls home is paramount in identifying the right property for each of her clients. This understanding of the local market is advantageous towards meeting and exceeding her clients' expectations. She also works as a Referral Agent and Relocation Specialist, and she is experienced in both Residential and Commercial Real Estate. Christina has an extensive history of home sales in NY/NJ and has been the recipient of many sales awards throughout the years including being part of the Ambassador's Sales Club, Executive Sales Club and Multi-million Dollar Sales Club of Real Estate agents with Weichert Realtors, Rockland County Regional Office. Most recently she placed #5 in her office for total business for the year 2021. Christina is always staying on top of Real Estate trends and laws by participating in continued education and being a member of the Regional and National Realtors Associations in both NY/NJ.

As a young adult, Christina graduated from both Rockland Community College and St. Thomas Aquinas College. She is a natural in helping others, as she previously worked at Westchester Medical Center as a Certified Recreational Therapist before transitioning her career to Real Estate where she continues to help but this time its families selling their home or finding the perfect place to call home. As a member of the community, she supports local businesses, as does her locally based close-knit family which includes a very precious elementary aged son.
