Christina Tsutsui-Tharp has been a business owner in Central Oregon since 2009 and is driven to help others reach their full potential. Living in Prineville, Oregon, she is eager to be your real estate resource and provide top notch customer service in Crook, Jefferson, and Deschutes Counties. A native Oregonian and raised, she dreams of retiring in a lakeside cabin here.

Christina loves to go on adventures! She sets an annual goal to find twenty-four new places to adventure every year. Half of these she tries to make intentional time with her son. He is 10 years old and too smart for her own good. They live a simple life on a small homestead and avoid debt at all costs. The last 5 years they took a journey to debt freedom and Christina plans to encourage others with a book she is writing about how they did it. She is enthusiastic about helping others and being an active member in her community. One way she can do this is volunteering regularly with the Red Cross, BSA Scouts and supporting locals.

Christina was a business owner in Central Oregon for 10 years prior to getting her real estate license and this really made a difference with her transition, as she has always treated real estate as her business. She spent 4 months studying for her real estate exam and passed on the first try. Christina walked into this with the mindset that it is her full-time career, and she is here for her clients. Her first transaction closed within 5 weeks of getting signed on with her office.
