Christina is a great communicator. She kept us in the loop every step when we were trying to sell my dad’s home. It had great bones, but needed a lot of work and we were worried it would take a while to sell. From listing to closing was right at 2 months. She’s very friendly and professional. I can’t say enough about Christina Walden! We came to her with a huge list of must-haves and we probably saw every home for sale in Pensacola, several of them we went back and looked again. She spent months and months sending us listings and working to find us the perfect home and she always had the BEST attitude and was the sweetest. Christina is AMAZING to work with!! She was super helpful when searching for our first home. She found plenty of options for us to see and helped us narrow down our choices to the homes that would best serve our present and future goals. Since this was our first time ever looking at homes, she helped educate us on what to look for and truly made us feel so much more confident when looking at our options. She even negotiated an awesome deal with the seller! Overall, the one thing that stood out to me was her desire for this purchase to be a blessing to everyone involved. What a wonderful stress free experience with Christina Walden. I didn't really know what to expect being from out of the state, but Christina was all prepared according to what our likes were and what we were looking for in a house. Christina was incredible from the start! Moving from Ohio to Florida was a huge challenge for our family, and finding a home is more than a challenge these days. Christina knew the market was moving fast, but she moved faster, securing us a home in just a few days. She was more than willing to hop in the car and video chat with us while showing us houses and answered every question we had. If you want the BEST realtor, look no further than Christina. She is so talented, smart, hardworking, patient, fair, kind, overachieving, spiritual and just plain AMAZING. She helped my husband & myself sell our first home, buy our new dream home and helped my grandma sell her home as well. She will explain everything to you and answer any questions you have. If she doesn't know an answer, she will find it it for you. She helped us feel ready to sell, pick the perfect timing and get a great price for our home. She also worked with our unique situation of having very shy rescue dogs and needing to get them out of the house for showings. She was so patient when showing us houses, she never rushed us and we went back to view a few houses multiple times. When we found a model home we liked 30 minutes away, she drove over to see it and helped us ask all the right questions. She explained every step of the process as we went along from contracts to change orders to closing. Christina never hesitates to pray with you and for the process. I truly feel like God uses her as a vessel. When it came to selling my Grandma's home, it came with its own unique challenges and she met every one head on with a smile. All in all, Christina is fantastic and you could not be in better hands for all your buying or selling needs.
