If 6 stars were an option, I'd give it!! Christine and Jennifer made the process from listing to selling to closing incredibly easy. They were there every step of the way. Staging, open house, multiple offers / and buyers, and a wealth of experience that resulted in the best possible outcome. They provided a network of resources that made the inspection process and check list a breeze to get completed and correctly. Thank you Christine and Jennifer. I can't thank you enough.

Christine listed and sold our home in Mesa, Arizona and we are very grateful to have had her handle all aspects of the sale. She is a true professional and did a detailed market analysis that was spot on for the value of our house. She understands the big picture economics of housing and interest rates but also the local market dynamics throughout the Phoenix area. She has a sharp eye and made a number of excellent suggestions to improve the home before we put it on the market. She organized the staging for our house which made it look better. She had a professional photographer and videographer come in and Christine created a very impressive brochure and multiple listing of the home. Then she had several tours for realtors, ran ads in local newspapers, held multiple open houses (with her famous home baked cookies which were a hit with all the families in our neighborhood) and organized every individual showing in the home following up with the agents who brought people to see the home. She kept us up to date daily with what was happening. She also used the Sotheby's organization to support the sale of our house which was impressive and effective. We received a few offers and went with the one that ultimately sold. Christine was kind and helpful but also tough and went to bat for us and helped us secure a good outcome very much in line with what she expected on the first day she saw our house. Our son is now selling his house and Christine is helping him and working hard just as she did for us. We will call Christine whenever we need help and recommend her without any reservations. Thank you Christine and Sotheby's.

This is the third transaction Christine has brilliantly handled for our family. She has the knowledge and connections to remove all the stress associated with a move. Christine is strong in character but both gentle and kind. I highly suggest you consider her for your home sale or purshase.

She provided the correct suggestions on items we needed to get our home ready for showings. The video she and her team produced was outstanding. Her experience and reputation in the valley has secured her with a long list of clients who are interested in local properties. She’s the best!
