Our team is made up of Christine Chenot, Nathan Lail, and Olivia Currier, who are all licensed Realtors® with various skills & areas of expertise. We specialize in Corporate Relocation, First-time Home Buyers, Senior Buyers/Sellers (55+), and New Construction/Builders/Land. Christine, our team leader, is a Licensed Broker and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) who is originally from Pittsburgh, PA, but has called Knoxville home since 2010. She is passionate about helping the Senior community with all of their real estate needs, and as someone who relocated to Knoxville, she understands how to go about it in a firsthand way. Nathan is originally from West Virginia and moved to East Tennessee in 2004. Nathan has always had a passion for customer service, taking care of people, and treating them like family. Nathan has worked with many Realtors, buyers, and sellers, as a home inspector until September 2023 and as a Certified Residential Appraiser. At the end of 2023, Nathan decided to further his career by obtaining his real estate license, and we were so excited to have him on the team. Olivia is our Licensed Administrative Assistant. She is a Knoxville native who is new to the real estate world professionally, but not personally, as she was raised by a Realtor. She is hardworking, personable, and an amazing addition to our team!
