Christine Duvall has been the greatest help through the whole process of selling our house. We had to get our house on the market fast and she came over and helped us declutter and stage. She answered all questions promptly and was very approachable, contactable, and personable. With her use of a professional photographer and her awesome advertising expertise, our house was under contract within 2 days and saw multiple showings in 2 days. She helped negotiate issues with the Buyers agent and made us feel assured that everything was proceeding along well, and that was just with the visible stuff. She even priced our house at a level to raise the value of the neighborhood. She knew we were moving overseas and helped reduce as much stress as possible. I would whole-heartedly trust Christine over and over again. I was sad to leave our home, but felt completely calm in her hands. She was awesome!

My family has nothing but love for Christine. Our home search took awhile, but she stuck with us and took us to house after house with our toddler in tow with a smile on her face. We had one rather long wait to hear back on an offer we made on a short sale property (that we later had to withdraw our offer on) and she kept us updated during the whole process. When we finally found our new home, her superior negotiation skills ensured that we got our home for a best possible price even with the stubborn sellers we were dealing with. We had an excellent experience working with Christine Duvall during the sale of our home. From our first contact by phone, she was very friendly and informative. Before we decided to use her services, she came to our house to do a free sales analysis of our home. She prepared a detailed report and provided recommendations for things we should address before we put our home on the market. After our decision to use Christine and to put our home on the market, we were again impressed by her preparation. She visited out home again and have us great staging advice. She had our home professionally photographed and a video tour done. The end result was impressive and made our listing stand out. She also paid attention to small details like having the For Sale sign put in the ground securely and kept it well-stocked with quality printed fliers. We encountered our first problem when our house went under contract. The seller backed out due to cold feet. Though this was frustrating, we felt confident that Christine was working for us and that she would find us another buyer. We ended up with two competing offers. We thought Christine did a great job of working out the best deal for us. She seemed to work cooperatively with other agents so that both parties came out of the deal feeling good. During the home inspection phase, she was a great resource for repairmen and was knowledgeable about what typical repairs might entail. We would recommend Christine as an agent and would use her again. She was very well prepared during all aspects of the sale and kept us well informed throughout the process. She was a knowledgable agent and had many trustworthy contacts for repairs and inspections.

Christine Duvall was nothing short of OUTSTANDING. Through Christy's commitment, motivation and consistency, we were able to find our first brand new townhome in simply one weekend!! Being a full-time traveler, I was blessed to have had an agent so attentive and driven to ensure a easy and memorable buying experience. Christy went above and beyond everyday, she even worked with my home builder as well as did my final walk through in my absence. Not once did I have to worry what or where my realtor's time and efforts were, they were always in the search for our NEW home.
