Year after year, ranked as a leading agent at Summit Sotheby’s International Realty, Christine is amongst the top 1% of agents statewide. Thanks to her extensive market knowledge and business acumen, she finished 2024 with a total sales volume of over $70 million across 39 closings, and an all-time volume of over $555 million.
A Park City resident for more than 20 years, Christine plays an active and philanthropic role in the local community. Last year alone, she donated to over 40 nonprofits on behalf of her clients. With two young daughters, she is passionate about supporting the town’s outstanding public schools, and sharing with prospective residents valuable initiatives like Dual Language Immersion, animal rescue and open space conservation with prospective residents.
Originally from the East Coast, Christine is a Vanderbilt University alum who worked in the Lloyd’s of London insurance marketplace, followed by positions that took her to Atlanta, New York and New Orleans. Her 29 years of diverse sales experience span top brands, including Xerox, Microsoft and the House of Blues in the French Quarter.
Christine believes in service from the ground-up, based on a foundation of integrity, sincerity and client service upon which long-term friendships and relationships are built. The lion’s share of her business is referral-based, which is a testament to her success as a dynamic sales agent. Her market knowledge is expansive, ranging from Park City and Summit County communities of Upper Deer Valley to Kamas, to neighboring Wasatch County areas of Heber City and Midway. Christine represents clients of all types; her real estate transactions range in price and clients include first-time home buyers, second homeowners, investors and those relocating to Park City. Regardless of transaction size, all clients are treated with the same white-glove service.
In 2013, Summit Sotheby’s International Realty invited Christine to join their prestigious brand and she’s been a member of their distinguished group of Park City real estate agents since. As a result of her custom pre-listing strategy, her real estate listings sell within an average of 33 days on the market and achieve a 98% sale-to-list price ratio. She was a decade-long member of the MLS Committee and a former Director on the MLS Board, and served a three-year term as a Director of the Park City Board of Realtors. Christine was also chosen to serve on the 2018 Superintendent Selection Committee for the Park City School District and is again the Event Chair for the 16th Annual Running with Ed race, perennially voted Park City’s Favorite Fundraising Event.
