I had the pleasure of working with Chris during the sale of my parent's home once they moved into an Assisted Living facility. From the initial meeting, Chris displayed professionalism, deep knowledge of the local area, interest in our family situation and background, and immense compassion for our difficult recent decision to move my parents into the facility. Chris was always prepared with a strategy of how to react to a question or concern that a potential buyer had, and she was always willing to discuss my ideas before aligning on a plan. Chris was willing to "go the extra mile" to care for our home while it was vacant, and displayed flexibility during odd hours when potential buyers were reaching out. I would not change anything through this process and highly recommend Chris to represent you for buying/selling a home.
