Christine did an amazing job for us selling our house. We had an agent before her trying to sell it for 6 months with no luck. She came in and sold it within three months. Did open houses every other weekend all on her own without us asking her to do it. The previous agent didn't do one open house. She really does care about you and what you're trying to accomplish. She was in contact with me/us on a daily basis and always shooting new ideas off of me on ways she could promote the house. We're very happy to call her a friend. Very impressed with local housing knowledge, from Pawleys Island to Calabash. Also she put in the extra work to sell an inheritance property that was not ideal for us and find us a property in the county instead of city. She seriously exceeded our expectations of what a realtor would invest into us. Christine was amazing to work with. She made sure to help me get my house staged and picture ready for a quick sell! (And that included her sweeping and cleaning in order to get the perfect pictures!) And it went under contract in 3 days! Let me start by saying that Christine went above and beyond throughout my experience with her! I began selling my house with a different agent who I felt did not take the sale of my home seriously because it was not worth a lot. I then began working with Christine once my house had sold to help me purchase a new home.
