Christine Huebsch

I have been a licensed Realtor in Arizona since April 2007, and acquired my broker’s license in September 2013. As a full-time Chandler Realtor and Owner/Broker of Cactus Valley Realty, I’m dedicated to exceptional results with each real estate transaction. Although I have listed, sold and managed homes throughout the Phoenix metro area, my primary areas of specialization are Ahwatukee, Scottsdale and the East Valley, including Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Queen Creek and San Tan Valley.

Originally from Minnesota, I went to college in Colorado, graduating from Colorado State University with a Business- Computer Information Systems degree. During my systems career, I was fortunate to live and work in many wonderful places, including Seattle, WA, Denver, CO, New York, NY, Boston, MA and Munich, Germany. Having moved a few times, I can relate to the challenges of relocating, so can help make the process run a little more smoothly for my clients. My training and experience in business, management, and software development has been helpful in negotiating contracts, marketing, managing and selling homes.

After years of travel, living abroad and cold climates, I was happy to settle back in sunny Arizona and start my new career in Real Estate. I love living and working Chandler, AZ, and I enjoy many outdoor activities. Walking with the dogs, jogging along the canal, biking to local restaurants for lunch are some of our favorites. An occasional round of golf, weekend of camping, or taking in a baseball game are also some of our additional pastimes. My other passion is animal rescue, assisting organizations and individuals with fund raising, social networking, and moral support. I have volunteered at the Arizona Humane Society, and foster dogs whenever possible.
