I had the best experience having Chris sell my parents home.
She made the entire process very comfortable and my parents were treated with the upmost kindness and respect.
My parents lived in their home their entire lives, raising their children, and this transition couldn’t have gone any smoother.
She was extremely understanding of their needs and she worked with them every step of the way with compassion, understanding and care.
I am beyond grateful for all that Chris did for my parents and for making this entire process as smooth as possible for my mom and dad.
I highly recommend Chris to anyone selling/purchasing a home because, I believe she is one of the best in her field.

Anyone can be a great realtor but Chris is more than that, she is a great person. She cares about you and your needs and makes the process whether buying or selling much less stressful. I would highly recommend her. You cant go wrong. When Chris both managed my property and then listed and sold my property she was there for me every step of the way. I was extremely inexperienced and Chris was there for me and answered every question I had a long the way and she helped me get to where I needed to go. When I was ready to move on and sell, she already knew me well and got me everything I wanted out of the property and then some. Thank You Chris

Having to list a home that was the cornerstone of my youth and our family, I contacted Chris to walk us through a tedious and emotional process. Chris was professional, foresighted, and direct in moving our sale forward. She was always available to answer any questions that arose for us. Her knowledge about the housing market was top-notch. She walked us through every step from how it was marketed on social media, to preparing for settlement once our buyer made their bid. Chris was very experienced at what she does. Everyday I would get updates on homes for sale in the area I was looking in, plus the price range I was looking for. Any time I had a question Chris answered it or would get me the answer immediately. She was available when needed. Communication with her was the best I have experienced with any realtor. I would highly recommend her.

Chris was highly recommended by our family member and she was a tremendous aspect in our buying process as a first time home buyer. Very Knowledgeable friendly & personable. Has excellent contacts for any other real estate inquiries needed in the process, like mortgage & title company. I'm so glad I found Chris. She made the entire , at times crazy real estate experience very smooth and was with us the entire way. We were buying and selling a home.

I’d like to add, we’ve been In our new home for almost two years now and she’s still with us. She sends emails from time to time. Keeps us up to date on the changing seasons & home maintenance reminders. Home owner tips and info.
