Good day, I'm writing this for anyone looking for a realtor who will go the extra mile and then some. From the first moment I met Ms. Christine Koenig she was a blessing in disguise. I have used many realtors over the years but none have given me the experience Ms. Christine Koenig did. Before we even entered our first property she gave me a full breakdown of state laws , different types of realtors and my right and who to contact if I feel my rights have been violated. That alone is the first time anyone has done that . Now my case wasn’t the usual case but that didn’t scare her. Not one bit. Actually after telling her my story and being honest and upfront about my situation she actually went into overdrive to help me and my 3 kids out of the horrible situation that we was in due to life trials and tribulations! So she set me up to where I get notifications in my email anytime a new property hit her system that matched my needs and I tell you we must have went too and applied for over 30 properties in a 2 month span and every time I got and alert I was requesting to see those properties most day’s we would look at 4-5 properties at a time and she didn’t complain nor did she say no I can’t do it unless she already had an appointment set up in which case she would schedule me for the next available appointment and we would hit the road. Her energy in how she would fight for me especially dealing with other realtors and landlords trying to get them to understand my situation and to give me a chance we nothing short of amazing and that honestly is still not shining the light on her as she deserves. So I end this saying don’t second guess yourself when it comes to using Ms. Christine Koenig best she is nothing short of being apart of the elite class!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Your Truly, Julian Smith

Christine was incredibly helpful during a highly stressful house hunting experience. I am pregnant with my first child and my husband and I had been looking for a home since late August/early September. Our search for an out of state vacation home lead us to Christine. We have bought several homes but never in New York. Christine guided us thru the requirements, recommended outstanding professionals and even took the time to follow up on zoning and home inspection in person for us since we were out of state. Christine was available to speak or text with us at any time and she always followed up immediately. She was honest, transparent , throughly professional and just a true pleasure to work with. Our relationship has been completely over a business transaction but I wish Christine was my neighbor… I think we would end up being good friends. Christine gets my highest recommendation!

Christine Koenig I would recommend a 10 out of 10. She is so invested in her clients and thorough throughout the entire buying process. My boyfriend and I were first time home buyers and it was during the peak of COVIDs real estate boom. Christine was so positive, hopeful and showed us endless properties.
