As a 55+ specialist (sres) I offer extensive knowledge of adult communities in Ocean and Monmouth Counties NJ. Im also a certified Real estate negotiator. Lastly, I actively work with builders on new construction projects & sales so check in for a list of new home inventory & upcoming builds in the Monmouth County area.
