We found Christine through other great reviews on sites like this. Contacted her to set up a meeting to talk about selling our big house on acreage and downsizing to a small low Maintenace home as we are getting older. We weren’t in a rush and figured it could take us up to a year or more. Christine not only met with us on short notice due to our erratic work schedule but she had done her homework very well and told us the new home community we had our heart set on was in close out phase and selling fast. Something we were not aware of! And we would have to act sooner, not in a year or so! And also that our house was market ready, no need to wait any longer. Christine absolutely handled both transactions, selling and buying, with such knowledge and professionalism every single step of the way. I feel like we really lucked out in finding Christine. She priced our home well, we got several offers and she helped us review them so that we could choose the best one for us. She negotiated a good price for our new home. Any issues that arose she was available, responsive, and had resources and solutions for, including referrals to other professionals she has built relationships with. That is a value you don’t get with all realtors. From start to finish- selling and buying- was less than eight weeks. And the Covid19 issues began during this time but we, and Christine, were able to adapt and continue the process. We are very happy now, one month in our new home! This was our 10th and 11th real estate transactions and we’ve had several agents over the years, some very good and some not so much. Christine is at the top of our list and we recommend her to anyone buying, selling, or both, very highly and without hesitation. She is a hard working, knowledgeable, real estate professional and did a great job for us.
