We have bought and sold a lot of real estate in our years, and Christine Mitchell is at the top of our agent list! We were out-of-state buyers and Christine made the process of finding the right home for us smooth and seamless. She knew the answer to every question we asked. She even knew details about each condo building that we asked about. Thanks to Christine we avoided a few potential mistakes and landed upon a home that fits us, and that we are excited about. Christine brings a depth of education and training that you don't often see in the real estate community. I believe that helps her to see the perspectives of all the "players" in a transaction, which translates into excellent ability to get the job done. My most recent acquisition should have been very easy, but my lender and other parties kept throwing up roadblocks. Christine and her team maneuvered around each one skillfully and with herculean effort, and we got the deal across the finish line.

There are many agents who know the local market. With Christine, you get someone who knows the market, the process, and how to work with all the players. In today's market, that depth is likely to be needed on at least one side of the transaction, if not both. If you're considering working with her, you won't be sorry.
