Where do I start?! My first agent dropped me because I had asked too many questions and in less than 3 hours, I was able to connect with Christine and she took over the listing, worked diligently with me and my family to get the house shown, multiple offers shortly there after and we were able to close on it… never loosing a beat and the entire time, Christine met every expectation and in the end, exceeded the expectations I had. Wish I could take her everywhere I go to buy and sell new properties. She’s super genuine, caring, compassionate, holds her head high throughout all uncertainty and stays grounded, all while other agents get frazzled. Wish I could give Christine 10 stars, not just 5. Christine was awesome!! We had our 12 yr old with us to look at homes she included and encouraged him to give us his opinions. What he liked about the homes let him take notes on the ones he liked. It can be difficult to find the right home in the Atlanta area, given the run-up in prices over the last few years plus the somewhat limited supply if you are looking for a smaller home. What was great about working with Christine was that she only sent me listings that fit my criteria; not homes that were clearly unsuitable but that she thought were "worth a look" anyway. And so while my own search of many weeks had been fruitless, Christine found me the home I ultimately bought in about a week. Moreover, she got the offer in asap -- something rather critical in the hot pre-COVID market. Considering the supply of such homes has tightened further since I purchased, I am even happier now that I chose her as my agent.
