What makes her so exceptional is her outstanding customer service, knowledge, experience, but most importantly her character. She has high integrity, is very honest, very detailed, hard working and is very pleasant. Her number one goal is to do the best job possible and put her client as her number one priority. She has taken my calls at 11 at night and at 5 in the morning. She responds promptly during the week and weekends. She always responds to my texts and emails in a timely fashion. Christine and Denise are an amazing team! They took the time to get to know us so much so that they even pulled our personality into staging our townhouse for sale, when so many staged homes are the same look and feel, and I think this really helped engage our future buyer. They worked tirelessly to help us find our current home, finding homes that matched what we were looking for and making appointments to see them (sometime multiple times). We knew exactly what we were looking for and finding the right place was a challenge, and we know that had to make us... a little difficult to find stuff for, but they took our challenge delivered spectacularly. When we started putting down offers (and there were a bunch) they made that process extremely easy, so it didn't feel like work at all, it felt exciting!

We highly recommend this team when looking for your new home, whether a starter home or your forever house. It'll be the best decision you make to help you make one of your your biggest decisions!

They made the selling process of our home relatively straightforward and helped us understand what was happening every step of the way. If we had any questions they were always available and quick to respond. If I could give 6 stars, I would. Christine and Denise initially worked with me through the purchase of a new home and were fantastic in helping me get the old house ready to rent which was the initial plan, and didn't flinch when I did a 180 and decided to sell. They helped get the "old house" into sell mode within weeks, gave sage counsel and on point design advice on what it needed to sell. They were magnificent. She was always available when I had questions, she worked tireless to find the right home for me, and she never made me feel second fiddle while I’m sure she was handling multiple clients. Where to start? Denise is not just a great realtor but an amazing person, who really cares for her clients. With the market being as crazy as it is, she still is able to navigate it, keeping in mind what is best for her clients. When we came to the conclusion that our 3 level, 5 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home of almost 30 years situated on a partially wood 3/4 acre lot was way more than the two of us needed, we started our search for a home to downsize to. The enthusiastic recommendation of a neighbor led us to Christine and Denise. Their extensive experience in buying and selling homes and vast knowledge of the real estate market was evident from our first meeting. And our search for a smaller house with main level living began.

Unfortunately, the rare house that did fit our main level living criteria often had features that did not appeal to us, and our search continued for 3 1/2 years. But Christine and Denise never gave up, continuing to send us potential houses and working closely with us to help us tweak our criteria to help open up more possibilities.

Finally, we found our new home when construction began on a new active adult community nearby. Christine and Denise were with us every step of the way, helping us navigate the process from contract signing to choosing options and selecting interior finishes.

When it came time to put our house on the market, they were so generous with their time, offerring suggestions, getting together to discuss marketing strategy and timelines, and always being available for questions. And what a beautiful job they did staging our home for showings. It looked like a model home. Their efforts, hard work and attention to detail paid off in the form of 5 offers within 4 days of going live. We highly recommend Christine and Denise and they would definitely be our first phone call should we need their services in the future.

I highly recommend Christine Richardson Group and her team. I recently sold my parent’s home and cannot say enough positive things about my experience. I actually got the referral for Christine and Denise over 8 years ago when a neighbor told me what a phenomenal experience they had with Christine’s group. I was so impressed – that I saved their info knowing that at some point I would be responsible for selling my parent’s house. About two years before I sold my parent’s house I had several meetings with Christine and Denise to discuss the process to see what I would need to do to get the house ready for sale. They assured me that they would help me with the process. Once the decision to sell was made we met to outline the steps that they recommended to get the best price. I trusted them and followed their advice. We sold in less than a week with several offers above asking price. Another house across the street – was listed several weeks before and did not sell for a few months after ours did – even in this hot market. Their house was cluttered with furniture, it was not staged and the price was not competitive. In summary, I do not know how I could have done it without them.

My parent’s house had a wonderful shell, a great lot – but it looked worn. Denise recommended a fresh coat of paint, new lights, some minor repairs, new vinyl in some areas and carpet. Wow – was she right in her assessment. Denise not only found the contractors, she met them to get pricing and later communicated with them to get the work done. All I needed to do was approve the work. I had some furniture that I needed to get rid of – Denise helped by taking pictures and listing the furniture on Facebook marketplace. She even offered to come to the house and meet them when it sold. Instead of having to call someone to take the furniture to the dump – which is rather costly, Denise knew someone who was interested in the furniture that did not sell. They came and picked up most of the furniture for free at no cost to me! Anything I needed to help with, Denise knew someone to recommend. Once the work was done, Christine’s team came in and staged the property in 1 day, took wonderful photos and made it look so easy. Less than one week later the house was sold! Selling a parent’s house is not an easy task, but with Christine’s team as the listing agent - I was not alone! I do not know how I could have done without their experience, patience, knowledge and responsiveness.

Christine Richardson and Denise Longo are AMAZING!

When we had outgrown our previous house, Christine and Denise helped us understand what we needed in a new home. In our case, the best option was a custom built house in a new neighborhood. They found a builder who was working in the area in which we were interested and helped us select the perfect lot!

As I write this, I cannot even begin to list all the details this team helped us take care of, but it includes finalizing the floorplan, choosing the granite and tile and even helping with paint colors. No detail was too small.

They also sold our previous house at a price that was incredibly attractive to us. I know that sale prices are tied to many variables, but I believe that their talent for staging a house is unbelievable! When we saw our home after they had staged it, my wife and I were awestruck with how nice it looked. When the offers came in Christine & Denise took the time to explain the true value of each.

Bottom line: When we are ready to move again, we will be calling the ChristineRichardsonGroup!
