Christine Shanahan

Christine Shanahan is a licensed real estate agent in Wyoming. Christine is a 3rd generation Realtor with her grandfather paving the way in Colorado as a Real Estate Investor for nearly 40 years. Her parents purchased and ranched the Bluegrass Ranch south of Wheatland for over 30 years. She grew up around real estate, as well as ranching and cattle with her mom being a Broker for 35 years selling mostly land and ranches around Wyoming, she is now retired and enjoys seeing Christy following in her footsteps. Her sister has also been a real estate agent in Wheatland for a number of years as well. Christine’s dad was an accomplished bareback rider and rancher in Wyoming.

Purchasing her first property at the age of 20, she has continued with investment properties to this day in Wheatland and Northern Colorado. Along with being passionate about investing and selling real estate she also owns a very successful Salon in Wheatland.

Christine’s experience with real estate investing for her family gives her fast experience helping you find the right home for yourself and or your next or first investment property. She learned at a young age from her grandfather that “no matter what time or how tired you are you always call people back in real estate.”

In her spare time, Christy enjoys spending time with her kids as well as her two grandsons.
