The typical home sale involves more than 200 steps from the initial contract acceptance to the day of settlement. Moving is hard! Christine’s job is to make buying or selling a home with all of its associated activities as stress-free as possible, easy to understand, and, at times, even fun!

After more than 16 years as a licensed Realtor, Christine still finds it thrilling to help people find the right house to call home and negotiate successfully on their behalf! In this challenging market, she welcomes the opportunity to use her background in communications to creatively market a client’s property so that it stands out from the rest.

Christine is fortunate to be part of a four-person team of full-time, licensed Realtors with more than five decades (wow that’s more than 50 years!) of collective experience. The best part – they are all family! One of her best decisions, after marrying her husband, who is also a teammate, was to accept the offer of her sister-in-law, Susan Stachelczyk to trade her Pennsylvania real estate license for a Maryland one and join her at Century 21 here in southern MD.

Treating her clients like family has earned Christine and her team the Century 21 Quality Service Pinnacle Award each year since they came together in 2017! They are extremely proud of this achievement and strive to continuously provide their clients with sound guidance and the type of service that inspires many repeat clients and referrals to family and friends: the core of their business.
