I just wanted to give a recommendation for all Homeowners in Rye Wilderness looking to sell their homes. Christine Spelman Listed my home Feb 1, Sold it in 7 days, highest dollar sale ever in Rye in under 7 days, paid for and closed in 2 weeks. From start to finish 3 weeks. She lives in the community and knows the in’s and out’s of selling homes in the community. Not only is she great at sales, advertising, and communication, she also has organized many events including free pizza days and donation drives to support the local community. I noticed there are a lot of homes for sale still from when mine was listed 2 months ago, if anyone is having difficulty selling or has an upcoming sale give her a shout she may be able to help.
