From the detailed preparation to the final walkthrough, Christine proved herself to be one of our best realtors (and being military, we've had A LOT). She told us what to clean and what to hide, she brought in extra decorations and a wonderful photographer that made our home look like a model; it's no wonder we were on the market for only FOUR DAYS! We fully respect her utmost professionalism, exemplified by the fact that she offered pros and cons for an offer, and didn't simply push us to accept so she could cash the check and move on. She really cared about our family, situation, and timeline and went above and beyond in so many ways. We will absolutely recommend her to any friends and family moving into/out of the area! To say Christine is an amazing realtor is an understatement. When we first approached her to sell our home in Potomac Shores, she immediately met with us, discussed our expectations and provided valuable feedback to assist us with receiving an offer that matched said expectations.

Christine was thoughtful, honest and thorough when assessing updates/changes to our house she felt would provide us with the most 'bang for the buck'. During the entire process while we were preparing the house for the official listing, she followed up regularly and stopped by often to check on the progress. When she staged the house for pictures, she paid close attention to the small details that ultimately helped sell and move to closing (like lighting, decor and linens).

Once the house was listed, she held an open house and made us her priority. The house was only on the market for a short period of time and when she presented us with the offer, she was as excited as we were. Her enthusiasm is contagious. I highly recommend using Christine as your realtor whether you are buying or selling a home in Northern Virginia.

In a word.... Fantastic!!! In a bunch more words....Spectacular, caring, communicative, attentive, took over from beginning to end, could not be happier, and cannot recommend enough.

We had a house to sell in the Dumfries/Quantico area, but were living in NY. I contacted Christine based on a reference from a friend. Christine was, again, fantastic!!! She helped us get the house in order with any work that needed done by contacting contractors, staging the home (contractor) and was also very knowledgeable with not only the market in the area, but our needs and wants to make the sale happen. At the end the only thing we had to do was write a check for the amount. we honestly had no worries at all to get contractors or potential buyers in the house as Christine took care of all of this for us.

The sale transaction was seamless in that we joined a Zoom session with the lawyer to make the sale official and that was it. Absolutely amazing.

I've bought and sold 5 homes in the past 9 years and Christine blew away any realtor I've ever had... hands down. Thank you again Christine for your professionalism, kindness and knowledge for helping us sell our home.

I've dealt with my fair share of real estate agents and I have to say my experience with Christine was the best. Her advice for getting the house ready for sale was spot on. Those improvements resulted in the first people to look at the home to buy it. I was happy with what I netted from the sale and the buyers are happy with their purchase (I've talked to them a number of times). We are all happy and that's what makes a perfect real estate deal.

Christine made buying a new home and selling our old home the easiest, most enjoyable life moment. Christine is absolutely a trustworthy realtor, who always kept in constant communication with us at every step. We knew that Christine was going to take care of us, ensuring we gave the best offer and accepted the best offer. We really put all our trust in her, and never doubted her suggestions and opinions for a second.

Christine is also very well connected, and had excellent referrals and recommendations. From an amazing contractor, painter, and carpet installation, Christine knew just who to call and we were absolutely satisfied with all of the work.

When it came to putting our house on the market, Christine had such smart insights and strategies. Selling a home is emotional and can be tough, but Christine helped us understand the process and really kept us at ease.

For buying a house, Christine really knows the market and listened to us. She knew our must have’s and helped us find houses to tour weekly.

Christine is a must-have realtor, and we feel so lucky that we were able to work with her.

Wow, Christine is an awesome agent! She cares so much about her clients, you leave every transaction feeling like you’re reaffirming your friendship with her.

We first worked with Christine while buying a house in the DC area. We had never lived in the area before and had no idea where we wanted to live. Christine worked with us by phone and email to get a sense of what was important to us, and then prepared a list of houses in areas she knew we would like.

Prepped (didn’t have to), showed and sold my property in minimum time at the highest price ever for my model in my community. I have bought, sold or rented out over 10 different properties over the years both in and out of the military. Christine is hands down the best agent to ever represent me. Christine Weedon just sold our home of 30 years. She treated us with respect when asking questions and making suggestions. She handled everything so we had nothing to worry about or stress over; and frankly with the few agreed-upon update and changes that she made to the house it almost made us want to stay. One of the things I was wavering on whether or not to stage the house. We agreed to it and we were so very glad we did.
